I had to reply here, funny to read some of the stuff here.

@ nickfury: despite WoW having the most subscribers, and probably the largest fanbase, it still lacks a lot of things, even though the community is giving you more than enough input (although, admitted, Blizzard doesn't really listen to the European people).

World PvP is near non-existant, because there's no purpose to it, or a reward to get. The server I play on is one of the beta servers fortunately, so we still have ganking parties moving around the world constantly, which is sort of fun.

The PvP in general doesn't require that much skill in most cases, some classes ALWAYS kill others if they get the jump, others just beat certain other classes in most cases (*cough*warlocks*cough*) unless they're really bad. There is no real balance to it, and it's more based on the combination of class+gear than anything else.

And you may brag all you want, but for a company with such a large playerbase, your customer care is really, REALLY bad.

Technical questions are ALWAYS handled with standard replies ("It's your hardware, read here how to check your hardware" for example), account problems usually don't get solved at all, or after hours of phoning/dozens of e-mails.

As for the topic: I'll believe everything that's been said when I see it. I'm very much looking forward to Huxley, as it's the kind of game I've been looking for for a long time. It's also very easy for Webzen to screw the game up, as many MMO's have proven before. A good concept or good looking promotional videos don't make a good game

Huxley will be its OWN game
yeah i agree with huxley being its own game, halo is no more, huxley is the next halo, oops i mean huxley is huxley, no comparing.

Reading all of this is killing me, I've been looking at this game for a year or so now, and after seeing on GameStop a release date of 3/1 (Not official) I realized how close this game is.... I want it!!!!! Is there any kind of Beta for the 360 I could get into?

hey guys i just noticed, on the right of the huxley forum it says there are like 10,000 post, so that means we will have a lot of players, as for the player cap, remember, technology advances really really fast, like 3 years ago or less laptops didnt exist, now we got internet on cell phones. wht i mean is by the time huxley is done, the cap will be higher than it is expected to be right now cuse of the technology. and ppl please stop expecting huxley to have the flaws that WoW had, or any other mmo's for that matter. there is a reason huxley has taken a long time to release, they want a perfect game, would you rather waste $50-$60 + subcribtion fees for a game that is missing a lot of things and has bigg bugs in it? or wait a little longer and get a game that runs smoothly, no major buggs, and is perfect? i vote to wait.

Huxley is going to have flaws of its own, don't you worry about that.

no doubt about that, i just mean the developers should look over the flaws of other games so that we dont get the same problems.

I think pvp will be odd. If there are places where people can get together and trade, it feels weired seeing two people duke it out. I think one on one fights and higher should be in non-safe areas. I hope thats how it will happen. In any other game people could duel any where. Plus innocent by standards would get shot.

I just hope there isn't too many safe areas. Raiding cities, except for the large ones, seems so fun

Honestly, I hope the safe areas are only restricted to the main cities.

And of course.. this means 120 people per side.. I've heard five answers... the first response, 100 per side, I've since heard 115 per side, 150 per side, 120 per side, and even 200 per side... I hope for the last one...But It's leaning toward 120 people per team, with the VERY possible chance of SERVER updates...not GAME updates.. although those are IMMINENT...
