the ring and some of the out door places with something to drive was okey, but thats about it.

the only good thing that came out of Halo was RedVSBlue[/quote:1w05szdw]

    According to January 2005 Statistics...

"Speaking of, the Master Chief's second outing continues to rack up sales, now boasting 6.4 million copies sold worldwide -- with almost 4.4 million sold in the U.S. alone. With the original Halo factored in, the franchise has now sold 12.8 million copies in just three years."

I wouldnt call one of the best selling games of all time "crap." If you dont like it, you can say so, but dont bash other people...

    5. Goldeneye (SNES)
While Castle Wolfenstien and Doom might have been the first FPS for many of us old schoolers Goldeneye was probably the first game to get us hooked on the multi-player FPS, I remember having a fun time barricading myself in with proximity mines and letting everyone else run into them winning the game for me.

Actually If I am not mistaken, Goldeneye if you are talking about the 007 game, did not come out on the snes it was for the n64.

Ya you're right it was n64, I've been strictly a PC gamer since 99 so my memory might get a little fuzzy

I'll forgive most of you for not knowing about the existance of a very superior game: Red Orchestra It's the best FPS-game I'v played: intense with a good portion of realism. I sure hope some elements of RO will find it's way into Huxley.

With the RTS-games I guess TA Spring is the best game around. It's free , it looks gorgeous, has a superb 3D-engine (thousands of units can be display at the same time) and it has many mods to play.

Picking a Top 5 is tough, but I'll have a go at it. In no particular order:

    1) Goldeneye 64
    2) Zork
    3) Colonization
    4) Battlefield 1942
    5) The Legend of Zelda 3

Wow, choosing just five is real difficult.

    Screw it, I'm doing ten:

    1. Final Fantasy VII
    2. Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
    3. Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
    4. Halo 2
    5. Final Fantasy X
    6. Burnout Revenge
    7. Tales of Symphonia
    8. Ogre Battle 64
    9. Dynasty Warriors 3
    10. Dragon Warrior III

I probably missed some of my favorite games, because I've played way too many.
