I wrote a roster/battle tracker for the league www.netbattletech.com a while ago. Recently a LOTRO clan inquired about my roster app. While it will work fine there is a lot league integration that will be missing. So I have a few questions

What is the battle scheduling like for this league. Is it on the fly or planned out in advanced?
Is there a SOAP or XML interface to pull data from the DB back end?

Just wondering. For NBT I was able to get state and then populate a local DB with the battles so each clan mamber could sign up. That way the unit leaders would not have to use enless rounds of emails to figure out when people were free. Once they updated that battle it would update date their scores and track stats.
