What kind of powers do you think this means?'Syn' has snow white skin, long and slim body shape, and beautiful face. Their smart and agile movement and sheer abilities have great power enough to reverse the war situation at a moment.
If you take a look at one of the Huxley videos you can see an Alternix controlling Hybrids. Maybe Syn can also do this?

The devs said that's just a concept they were tossing around, but in a couple vids you see their eyes light up and then the zerglings come. Who knows. Well if you were looking for it, you could tell that was the message they were conveying. When their eyes lit up, it went to the eyes of the hybrids and zoomed out, and then zoomed out more as that hyrbrid led all of the hybrids. Looked pretty cool :P
psssht mind powers, theres nothing like being a Alteraver in heavy armor with a big ass gun sprinting through the bullet and explosion soaked battlefield towards those little guys with glowing eyes. =p

I don't care so much about powers like that. I really want to be able to do he matrix style stunts that people were doing in videos, like flipping off of walls.

Yeah, tried the beta for matrix online a while back, couldn't stomach it for very long and ditched it.
A free mod if you want to try things like that is The Specialists mod for half life. Has some very nice stunting and slo mo effects on the Half Life engine, and besides the engine it's free. Though I should clarify it's not a matrix mod, it's an action movie mod. (Meaning it's based around some cool action movies, not Matrix)
But yes, I really hope that kind of stunting will be put in. Hell if an engine that's what, 9? 10? more? years old now can handle stunting and slo mo a totally new one sure as hell better.

SOE sucks, period. Has nothing to do with the rest of the company.
They have horrible customer service, and they have screwed up most of their games.

Sorry getting back to topic alittle bit, I just wanta add IF say whenever they level up they get a talent point (assuming they go with some kind of talent point lvl progression method) it would be hell to try and balance 4 different talent trees for the 4 different races... and a lot of beta testing... I'm not sure if they're going to go by talent/class or talent/race but it might be both. Which, if not balanced correctly might ruin the game (If you play WOW you would know what I'm talking about).

Um, this isn't wow. Give planetside a shot, it's free. You can see a similar leveling system there.
Basically it's this:
Shoot a bunch of guys, get experience fighting, level up.
Go back to town, hit a trainer and he teaches you how to use a rocket launcher.
You now are able to use the rifle and rocket launcher.
Go back out, rinse and repeat.

The weapons are basically all they need to balance out and perhaps a curve to how much xp is gained by each different weapon?
